Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes, you can change your selected plan at any time. If you decide to upgrade, you’ll simply pay the price difference for the current month. Conversely, if you choose to downgrade, we’ll refund the unused portion of your monthly fee. This ensures that you always have the flexibility to adjust your plan according to your changing security needs and budget.

What kind of support can I expect with each plan?

The level of support you can expect varies with each plan to best meet your needs. With our STARTER plan (free), you’ll receive email support with a response time of up to 5 days. For the PROFESSIONAL plan, support is also provided via email, but with a quicker response time of 24 hours. Our highest tier, the ELITE plan, offers both email and chat support with an impressive response time of just 1 hour. This tiered support system ensures that you receive the assistance you need, when you need it, based on your chosen plan.

Is onboarding support available for new users?

Onboarding support varies by plan to ensure you get off to the best start with SenSec.app. For STARTER plan users, onboarding support is not included. PROFESSIONAL plan users can avail of onboarding assistance through email, providing guidance to set up and maximize the use of our platform. ELITE plan subscribers benefit from direct onboarding support through chat within the application, ensuring immediate assistance. Additionally, for a one-time fee (as per our pricing structure), users of any plan can schedule a video call with a technician for a comprehensive 1-6 hour session. This session is designed to facilitate full system integration and tailor the setup to your specific operational needs.

What are the system requirements for SenSec.app?

To access the SenSec.app dashboard, all you need is a stable internet connection and a computer or smartphone equipped with a web browser. For guards using our mobile application, a smartphone with either Android or iOS operating system is required, along with NFC support to utilize all features of the app effectively. These minimal requirements ensure that SenSec.app is accessible and functional for all users, facilitating seamless security management and operations.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use Stripe’s localised payment methods in an effort to support the most common payment methods for our users globally. To find out what methods are supported in your geography you will be able to view the options in the checkout flow when you upgrade your account. Credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) are supported across all geographies.

DO YOU OFFER SELF-HOSTING?

No, we don’t currently support a self-hosted option.
